➢ Barista to join an established team in the café
➢ Ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to the standards of the client and the company
➢ Provide excellent quality beverages consistently for all customers
➢ Ensure attractive presentation of food throughout service
➢ Follow best practice for rotating and storing products
➢ Set up and clear down of counters, maintaining the level of cleanliness expected
➢ Ensuring constant replenishment of counters throughout service and great food presentation
➢ To ensure all time schedules are achieved when required
➢ To understand the business needs and requirements, contribute to Lexington goals for increasing sales and improving profits
➢ Ensure that all policies and procedural requirements of both legislation and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times
➢ Offer support to other team members when needed
