Attendant is looking for a talented Barista.        Yes, you, who else!?  (In my best Clooney accent)
You will be the type of barista that loves the hands-on craft of actually preparing and serving coffee. Enjoys working in a focused environment of just one cafe, full-time, to allow you to implement, quality control, and maintain every detail of what Attendant does with coffee. We want someone who produces excellent coffee at least 5 days out of 7.
Your role will be that of a collaborative one with the Head Barista. Coffee is what you do. It’s your profession and obsession! We are looking for someone who; if they're not making coffee, is training our staff or probably researching it. We want a coffee nut who is constantly on the pursuit for *How can I make it better next time?*  Every day you continue to develop and understand the coffees that you are working with better; searching for each great bean’s sweet spot, and trying to understand how to deliver it more consistently.
You will obviously be working in a team so need to be a team player. The standard cafe life cleaning routine presents the opportunity, to get those skills out that your mum taught you growing up, as there are dishes etc that don't clean themselves.
The boring stuff:
Reports to: Cafe Manager and Head Barista.
Responsible for: Barista team and everything to do with coffee and tea in the cafe.

Holiday:28 days
Full-Time:40-45 hours a week
Cafe core opening hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am – 6.00pm, Sunday 9.00am – 6.00pm.
Probationary Period: 6 months
