Barista – Finchley
Barista required for a small Grab and go outlet based in Finchley. This exciting company is looking for 2 strong baristas to join their team and build the business. The successful barista will spend some time out of their role and roving between ensuring quality standards are upheld in the front and back of house. This is the perfect time for an ambitious candidate to join a company bursting with personality and attitude.
As the barista , you will be required to:
• Possess coffee and drinks making skills and knowledge.
• Be completely passionate about customer service.
• Train and develop your team to the highest standard.
• Opening and closing the café when required.
• The ability to drive sales,

• Keeping everything spick and span and assisting the baristas to create high quality beverages.
• Advocating all things Health and Safety incl Fire, COSHH, RIDDOR and Food Standards.
• Cashing up and accurately reconciling money in the till at the end of shifts

Location: Finchley
Salary: £7.50 to £8.50 per hour + Tips
Start Date: as soon as possible
40 hours per week.
