The Fleet River Bakery is recruiting!
The café is an independently owned business that has been thriving for eight years with a solid reputation with the locals, the suits and the students who come in daily wanting to sample our killer coffee (Allpress Espresso) and delicious, freshly made food.
Ideally, we are looking for people with great personalities and the right amount of professionalism, passion and enthusiasm to help complete our solid team.
Responsibilities will include opening and closing the café, exceptional customer service skills, high levels of cleanliness and attention to detail. You will be coming into a team where everyone does a little of everything so serving food and drinks, helping the barista on the machine, running around clearing tables, being flexible with shifts (we are a seven day operation) and cleaning.
We are looking for full time and part time people with barista experience - Allpress training is mandatory for our team. You must also have hospitality experience and proven customer service skills.
