Ground Coffee Society have pioneered south-west London's specialty coffee scene since 2009. Sourcing, roasting and serving our own coffee, over the years we built a solid reputation for delivering some of the most consistent and loved coffee around.
We are currently looking to recruit several barista's that will form a part of our brand new executive coffee team as we continue to grow and explore new opportunities.
Being apart of this team you will be based at our Putney cafe, but regularly assigned to work at one of our many partner retail sites, pop-ups cafes or event sites across the country where our coffee is being served. Some of these sites currently include the likes of; Bicester Village, Mclaren Technology Centre, Queens Tennis Club, Chelsea Design Centre, Mercedes Benz World and many many more. This role will also include days at our coffee roasting facility in Bicester.
Our ideal candidates must be :-
• able to represent our brand, company values and owners wherever you go,
• naturally customer service focused,
• able to quickly adapt in different working environments,
• an extremely experienced barista with experience in high volume environments,
• extremely confident and knowledgeable when it comes to teaching trainee barista’s,
• able to represent our brand and our company values wherever you go,
This is a full time position and we offer great rates of pay to the right people.
