Parched is an independent company with a passion for hospitality. Our growing family of venues, spread throughout South London are looking for a Bar Manager at one of our Pubs in Borough- The Roebuck.
Legendary in the area, The Roebuck is a beautiful old pub spread over two floors, serving sustainable food and local beer. It prides itself on exceptional customer service, friendly staff and high quality drinks.
What we are looking for-
- Full Time Bar Manager (45 hours per week)
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude, great eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills
experience-
You must have at least 2 years experience within a busy bar or pub (ideally with a strong food offering). Great communication skills, confidence with back of house/financials, passion for sustainability and a love of hospitality are attributes we very much welcome!
What we can offer-

- 24-28k per year, depending on experience (plus staff food, holiday pay etc).
