Urban Tea Rooms is a high-end artisan coffee shop by day and wine, cocktail and tapas bar by evening. We are based in a great central London location in the heart of Soho, just off Carnaby St and Regent St.
We've also just expanded into our second site near Piccadilly Circus, so this is a really exciting time for us as we start to grow.
We're looking for a bar manager with several years of experience in a similar role to take over running the evening side of things at our Kingly St branch.
This is a hands-on role which will include the management of a dedicated evening team. The applicant must be professional and friendly, with a passion for food, wine, and mixology. They must be fluent in English, and also have experience of stock control, making orders and managing a team of people.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join an expanding independent venture with a great annual salary, a generous performance related bonus, and unique cocktail list.
You will generally work in the afternoons and evenings Tuesday to Saturday, finishing at around midnight most nights.
