Bar Manager
Turk Launches are looking to recruit a Bars Manager to work at their base in Kingston-upon-Thames. The role will involve taking responsibility for the smooth running of four on-board bars during both scheduled tripping services and private charters. This is a varied role with duties including working on board during events, cellar management, dealing with suppliers and deliveries, stock control, preparing stock orders, client liaison, supervision of bar staff and duty management.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have previous bar experience within a supervisory position, preferably in a role where responsibility was taken for stock control (including regular stock takes and stock rotation). Full training will be given to the right candidate if required. The applicant must be willing to work flexible hours, as regular evening shifts and weekend duty management will be required (which will include being on call to resolve any issues that may arise).

The business offers a tripping service which operates 7 days a week during the peak season, as well as offering private charter business for weddings, birthday and corporate events.
