Bar Manager role overview
* To manage the bar and the floor and consistently provide high quality, professional and well organised service
* Responsible for the overall cleanness and organization of the restaurant at all times through regular monitor and training
* Communicate well with other departments and have a strategic approach to planning and Rota so as to reflect the needs of the business across the hotel
