Graphic is one of London's best loved Gin Bars. Located on the beautiful media hub of Golden Square, only two minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Circus. The venue is open till late 6 days a week, serving our guests brilliant cocktails, Gins and sharing food. We host a regular calendar of events from Gin Socials to Bartender Competitions and work with many globally lauded brands.
We are currently looking to recruit a driven, organised and gin loving Bar Manager to help lead the business into its next stage of growth.

What are We are looking for?
o You’re positive, you care, you’re self-motivated and you want to be part of a winning team.
o You have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy, wet led venue at Bar Supervisor level or above.
o You are confident in stock management, reporting and loss mitigation.
o You have an appetite for great food and drink and a love of the London hospitality scene.
o You’re passionate about fantastic service and high-quality drinks and have a genuine desire to learn and give people a great time.
o You are driven to develop professionally and help ULG grow.
o You have the legal right to work in the UK and a good grasp of written and spoken English.
