We are currently looking to employ an assistant manager to become part of our team.
The Bird in Hand is a popular and busy neighbourhood restaurant situated in Brook Green, a stone's throw from Shepherd's Bush and Kensington Olympia. We are well known for the quality of our pizza and small plates as well as our relaxed and friendly style of service.
Candidates will have previous management or supervisor experience in London restaurants. They must have an understanding of working both the bar and floor and be willing to work weekdays/nights and weekends on a flexible Rota. Candidates must also be capable of working to a high standard under pressure. Although our style of service is relaxed the staff must remain knowledgeable and professional at all times.
- Salary is £11 - £12 gross per hour (includes a fluctuating service charge)
- Full time is 6 shifts over 7 days with 2 days off per week.
- 28 days’ holiday per year
