The job role of Assistant Restaurant Manager:
SUSHISAMBA® London is a fast paced fine-dining operation, offering the most superior blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine. Our front of house management team is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist coordinating all FOH operations.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager focuses on assists the Restaurant Manager making sure guest’s and employee’s satisfaction is achieved while maintaining the operating budget. The FOH Management team will be in charge of managing and maintain strategy, policies, procedures, guests, staff, and purveyors in attaining budgeted goals and sales growth.

The ideal candidate for Assistant Restaurant Manager:

At least 4 years of Food and Beverage experience in a related field and 2 year in a Supervisory role.
experience working in a fast-paced environment, similar to SUSHISAMBA®
Supports the management team in the development and training of team members.
Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service.
Communicates effectively with, and cooperates/assists other departments at all levels when necessary.
Ensures the smooth running of the department.
Financial acumen skills
Ensures that the department complies with all statutory and legal requirements, including fire, Health and Safety, licensing and employment.
Has clear working knowledge of all company policies and operates within them at all times. Ensures staff awareness of relevant company policies.
Undertakes any other duties as and when required by Senior Management.
