We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a restaurant on board a boat on the river Thames. This is a popular venue for restaurant dining, events and private hire. The role will be to support the restaurant manager with day to day running of the business.

Day to day duties:
-Opening and closing of restaurant
-Cashing up and cash handling
-Dealing with any customer queries
-Team training and development
-Reporting to senior management
Key qualities
-Passionate about food and drink
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent people management skills
-experience at a senior level within a similar venue.
