Boulevard Brasserie in Covent Garden, a local neighbourhood favourite serving French classics to a diverse crowd of locals, tourists and business people as well as enthusiastic theatre-Goers is currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team.

You must be outgoing, passionate about food and service and able to lead a team from the front.

You will have high standards, a great work ethic, fluent English and previous London experience in a quality environment.

The position is full time and permanent (aprox 50 hrs per week). You must be flexible, legal to work in the UK, and have the relevant experience.
