We are currently looking to recruit an assistant manager, to show the ropes with the view to promote to a restaurant manager. Reporting to our area manager and operations manager, we are seeking an experienced and motivated assistant manager to join us at our Chelsea restaurant. The Chelsea site averages 650-800 covers per week and is open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us to help build our company. And are always happy to hear from people with passion for the restaurant business and experience in a fine dining environment.

We are keen to provide additional training to those passionate about food and interested in progressing within the exciting hospitality industry.
We are looking for experienced staff who:
Have the skills and the passion to deliver great service.
Enjoy working in a high quality, fine dining restaurant.
Get excited about tasting and learning about new wines and dishes.
A can-do attitude and ability to think on your feet.
Enjoy working both lunch time and evening shifts.
Your duties will include:
Running the restaurant in the absence of the manager, ensuring consistent and excellent quality service.
Organising and motivating a team of up to 10 members of staff.
Assisting with meeting General Practitioner targets whilst maintaining a quality product.
Staff training, recruitment, holiday and Rota management.
Ability to effectively use an F and B; system.
Maintaining excellent health and safety and hygiene standards.
Liaising with other managers to develop merchandise and wine lists.
Good communication skills, strong written and spoken English.

Usually working 5 days per week.
