We are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Managers to replace our existing managers who are moving into different roles.
Currently we are looking for candidates in West London.
We are looking for somebody who is organized and very passionate about food, drink and service and has a background in gastro pubs, bars or restaurants.
The ideal candidate will have high service standards; a positive attitude; broad product knowledge (Beers, wines, cocktails, food); a meticulous approach to back of house organisation; excellent personal presentation; good interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with staff and recruitment. Specific responsibilities will include restaurant service training, bar service and a focus on standards.
We are also interested in meeting candidates with experience from the big pub companies similar to Capital Pubs, Green King, Youngs
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 plus tips (dependent on experience)
