Assistant Manager - Fun Loving and Customer Focused Individual
UXBRIDGE, MIDDLESEX.
We are looking for a talented Assistant Manager that is looking for a business that puts its own staff first. When you walk through the door you immediately feel a warm sense of welcome created by the team who genuinely enjoy what they do.
You will have full responsibility on all aspects of the operation, including staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, security and safety. But most of all, you will be leading a team of great people committed to creating a welcoming environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing 5 or more team members.
• Role-modelling a "customer comes first" attitude by providing excellent customer service.
• Training and supporting team members to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.
• Reviewing store environment and key business indicators to identify and resolve problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement and new products.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Ability to manage the store operations independently.
• Ability to effectively deal with multiple situations and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to manage resources to ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times and to promote the image of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity that offers great opportunity for a current Assistant Manager or senior team member working within a catering retail operation to progress to a management role.
