As a leader of the front of house team;

You will possess a zestful ambition to flourish within a demanding environment.
You will be naturally gifted in delivering outstanding customer service on a daily basis.
You will have at least 3 years of experience working in busy hospitality establishments.
You will be creative and use your own ideas to drive the business forward.
You will be hands on with the day to day operations of the restaurant.
Be involved and a key part of developing the staff.
You will create a great atmosphere and lead from the front.
