We are an independent brasserie based in Putney, serving eclectic tapas style food. We are open from breakfast through till dinner so whether its cocktails with friends, a quick bite for lunch or a leisurely breakfast we have something for everyone. You will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our guests and our team to help continue the success of this small independent brasserie.
This is a very hands on role and your genuine interest in our local community and getting to know our customers is vital, we thrive on word of mouth recommendations and our guests will not only return for the fabulous food but also to see you again.
You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
You will assist the General Manager in identifying potential opportunities to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience as well as take responsibility for delivering high standards of business presentation.
You will need to have had experience in a similar role for a year or more and a high level of spoken English is also required.
