We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join the expansion of our Sushi Restaurant Group.

As an Assistant Manager, you will lead and organize the restaurant efficiently and thoughtfully, as the second on board.
You will be a great support to the General Manager, working as the Holding General Manager when needed.
You will assure the proper running of the production process on a daily basis, according to the sales marketing plan.
You will report to the Head Office an exhaustive daily record of the restaurant operations, on comparative basis.
You will treat each team member as if they were part of your own family.
Knowledge of the Delivery sector will be a bonus.

Salary rate will start on £23,000 per year + bonus + paid overtime, with a thorough promotion programme.
