We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team to help run the day-to-day operations of Coco Momo, Marylebone,
This is a fast-paced role and would suit a confident, enthusiastic individual with a passion for good food, coffee, cocktails and of course customer service!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the day-to-day operations of this busy business ensuring the highest standards are met for food, drink and that we are providing genuine hospitality to all of our customers
- Manage all customer enquiries and feedback
- Lead the FOH team to ensure every customer leaves wanting to return,
- Work with the Head Chef to oversee the kitchen team and ensure that all food is served correctly and efficiently
- Overseeing stock takes, orders and supplier relations with the rest of the management team
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Cash up and complete daily reporting
- Attend and contribute to team training and management meetings as required

- Confident, assertive and excellent at communicating with customers and colleagues
- Proactive, positive and keen to contribute to the development of the business
- Trustworthy, reliable with financial controls
- Experienced in working in hospitality and supervising a team
- experience of cashing up and handling money
- Coffee and cocktail trained
- Flexible in their approach to work.
