Zizzi is something special and we want our customers to feel that way too.All About The RoleAs a Zizzi Assistant Manager you will assist the Restaurant General Manager to build a team of top talent and lead and coach them to deliver Great Times on every shift, every day ensuring they achieve their full potential. Running great restaurants is what we do. You will run the restaurant in the Restaurant General Managers absence and be the point of contact when they are not around. Clean and safe restaurants will be a given for you on every shift and so will making sure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff is always maintained above expectation.You will use your passion and knowledge of food to coach, develop and partner with your Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver the Zizzi food vision through every dish.You will be an ambitious person with confidence in your ability to grow and develop into the next Restaurant General Manager.All About YouAs well as having restaurant management experience our Zizzi Assistant Managers are individuals and treat others that way.
