About Gremio
Tucked away in the crypt underneath St. Matthews Church, Gremio de Brixton is an authentic Spanish tapas restaurant and a late-night cocktail bar with resident DJs at weekends. This venue distinguishes itself by having great Spanish service and a more relaxed and innovative menu that also remains faithful to the old favourites. Exposed brick walls and candlelight imbue the restaurant with a genuine rustic Spanish feel.

About the role
As an Assistant Manager at Gremio you will be involved in all aspects of the business, from running events, daily administration tasks, engaging with our regulars, and be a key decision maker in the growth of the business.
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate that they are highly creative, have a strong sense of leadership and can deliver a high-quality product in a community led environment.
You should also:
- have experience in a high-volume restaurant
- have a hands-on approach
- be able to lead a diverse team
- have knowledge of late night venues
- be fun and full of personality
- have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
