Assistant Manager required for busy residential food and drink pub. Must have experience with food and be able to demonstrate leadership. A heavy part of the role is administrative and experience with admin would be an advantage.
As part of a big company, we give industry leading training. Previous Assistant Managers have progressed to GM within two years.
The successful Assistant Manager will have at least 2 years’ experience working within similar environment. You will assist the GM in all areas of the business with targets, control stock, recruitment, and train and inspiring the team.
You MUST have at least 6 months experience in a supervisory role in hospitality, leisure or retail experience.
