THE ROLE
We are recruiting a full-time Assistant Manager to work as part of the Hoi Polloi management team. The position would be perfect for someone who has some experience managing within a high end, high cover operation and wants to make more of an impact by making more of the decisions.

Hoi Polloi is a big, fun and modern brasserie in Ace Hotel, Shoreditch — open from 7am ‘till supper with an all day democratic menu which rolls through from breakfast, lunch to afternoon tea and dinner.
ABOUT YOU
We love service stripped of fuss but gold-plated with a sense of correctness. You should be customer orientated and care passionately about people and training. You should be interested in and have knowledge of food and drink and have an understanding of the controls that underpin a successful restaurant.
THE DETAIL
This big operation means the role will touch many aspects of the business like nurturing the clientele, developing the team, building revenue and managing aspects of financial control; along with delivering busy services you’ll need eyes in the back of your head. You should enjoy working in a large multi-layered, multi-outlet operation where many parts of the business weave together to form the bigger picture.
