An award winning independent gastro pub seeks an experienced and talented floor member to join us in a supervisory role.
We are looking for a team player who appreciates and cares for customers, food and beverages as much as we do and will work closely with our assistant manager and General Manager.
The right candidate would have 2-3 years working within the hospitality ideally with 12 months in a supervisory position or above.
Our pub caters for many different kinds of customers and events including local functions, corporate events and rugby day crowds. This requires you to be flexible and innovative whilst also having good attention to detail and planning.
A good background in food led pubs would be ideal as we look for a hands on supervisor who leads from the front.
We are looking to develop and increase our business over the next couple of years, so require someone who is enthusiastic and hardworking, who wishes to be involved in driving the business forward whilst upholding our standards and values.
Salary will reflect experience and bonus schemes are an option.
