An Assistant Manager/ess is required for a small Modern Italian Cafe/ Pizzeria in Paddington, Central London. The hours of work are 48 per week, six days with Sunday off. The place opens from 8 am till 9 pm. So the Rota will be mixed shifts (some days early shift and some days late). The job involves :reporting to the manager, training of staff, doing the stocks, ensuring that the company rules are followed, making coffees, operating the till, serving the customers, and ensuring that the shop is clean and tidy at all times. The Cfe is small and most things are pre-prepared in advance. So there is only two staff members at any one time.
The candidate must be fluent in English and be able to replace other staff members in their duties.
