We are looking for an Assistant Manager with pub and restaurant service experience, an eye for detail and the ability to drive consistent standards.  Someone who believes in providing genuine hospitality to every customer, and who has an approachable manner and a 'hands on' attitude.
What the role involves

Providing genuine hospitality to our lovely customers.
Managing the day to day operation of the restaurant.
Leading the team the ensure that all standards are met and exceeded.
Helping to recruit, train and motivate the team.
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
Helping the Manager to drive sales and control costs.
