A) Have proven experience in a similar role with a record of successfully supervising teams in a food retail environment.
B) Can demonstrate skills in coaching and training.
C) Have a flair for sales and an eye on the profit.
D) Can deliver an amazing experience to customers both personally and through the team.
E) Reliable, a team player and an operationally confident hands-on leader.
F) Always ready to take on the next great challenge.
