Blighty India Cafe is looking for an assistant manager to join our small and dynamic team in a unique Cafe. Blighty prides itself on our famous Full English breakfasts (vegan and vegetarian too!), we are sourdough bread bakers and coffee roasters as well as a social hub in the community.
We are looking for someone with hospitality experience who loves specialty coffee and brunch.
Responsibilities involve supporting manager in but not limited to:
Maintaining standards
Scheduling Rota
Stock control and ordering for front of house.
Menu development
