Assistant manager / Supervisor 21-23K
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience;
- experience working for a food service or hospitality brand
- High level of customer service
- A team leader that can drive staff to engage and build relationships with customers ensuring they have an individual and exceptional experience
- Competent in training and developing staff
- Able to identify opportunities to network and reach out to businesses and the community to drive sales and footfall
- Assist the General Manager with managing profit and loss through labour cost, food cost and inventory
