Strong track record of regularly passing Food safety audits
WSET level 2
Train the trainer Award
Level 2/ supervising Food Hygiene award
COSHH trained
Level 2 H and S award
NVQ level 3 or equivalent
First Aid Award

Premises License holder
WSET Level 3
experience in retail operations a plus
