As Assistant General Manager, you will be a hands-on, proactive and enthusiastic leader, injecting your personality into your work and inspiring the team to deliver a warm, friendly and memorable guest experience. You will continually push commitment to the highest standards of service and operations, and be extremely knowledgeable about wines and Champagnes, with the ability to effectively impart your wisdom to the team. You will also have responsibility for managing the financials, recruitment and team development, stock management and health and safety.
