We are The Craft Beer Co, a nine strong pub group founded and owned 100% by two school friends from London. Established in 2009. We are the oldest beer focused pub group in London and still strive each and every day to remain the best.

Our business is growing and we have literally just opened our newest pub on Old Street/Shoreditch.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our company and grow and develop with the business.
We are seeking a talented and ambitious person to join us as Assistant Manager.
You will be working with great people, you will have the chance to have a voice, contribute and shine, this is far from a typical pub company.
We are very much a company focused on the frontline - the customer experience, real hospitality, ensuring people have a great overall experience, not just high quality liquid in a glass and certainly not mountains of paperwork and hours up hours in an office!
