Peyton and Byrne Bakeries are modern British bakery, supplying amazing cakes and bread to our own bakeries through out London as well as specialist wholesale market.
Due growing business needs we are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated baker to work in our Bermondsey bakery
The role requires someone who really is passionate about making and developing the best bread in the business as this is the core of what makes us great and the ideal candidates will have experience in making a variety of different bread, mixing and shaping.
Skills Required:
experience with mixing, scaling and baking
A passion for baking with a desire to learn
Able to work effectively as a part of the team
Have positive attitude, and attention to detail
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Salary: Competitive rates depending on experience
Shift: 2pm-11:30pm, occasional overtime required
Availability: Immediate.
