Olivier's Bakery is recruiting an Experienced Artisan Baker and Pastry Chef (Viennoisier)
5 working days out of 7.
working hours are between 6pm and 6am; some day will have small hours(week days) and some days will be long hours (week end).
the candidate must have a minimum 3 years experience.
Salary start at £21500 up to £25000 per annum salary can be discuss during the meeting.
the right candidate may incure a quick increase salary if all goes well.
the duties consist to help and support the team in any required duties in the process of mixing, dividing, shaping, baking, packing the breads and pastries; packing is to prepared individual required order into bread boxes and get it all ready for deliveries.
deliveries are made in the early hours between 3-4 to 8am; most deliveries are in London.
it may happened that drivers need help loading their van.
The candidate must understand that Cleaning and other in production duties are part of the job.
details will be given during the interview.
Days off are between Monday and Thursday, usually 2 days together.
It is important that the candidate is always looking well presented and have a good passion for quality food.
Olivier's Bakery is a small team of artisan bakers creating some of the most best breads and pastries in UK.
