We are continually acquiring investment and development opportunities, and frequently have several development projects running.
We are looking to recruit an Architect/Surveyor to work on quality residential refurbishments. This is often in the form of Victorian houses with the candidates input from early stage drawings, extensions and additions to internal finish.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant background and experience in property having worked on development projects and be experienced at preparing drawings for planning applications and building regulations for smaller scale projects.
They must be diligent and adaptable, motivated, and have excellent communication skills. A driving license is necessary.
