A fantastic opportunity has recently been made available for an experienced Administrator / Secretary to join a well-established property company at their office in the affluent perivale area of Central London.
We are very experienced in the Central London property market and is renowned for providing a professional service to their landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. They pride themselves on providing a personal and flexible service whilst creating bespoke solutions to meet their client’s needs.
Minimum requirements for this position are :
- experience in a admin or secretary position (Essential)
- Excellent communication both written and verbal (Essential)
- Proven successful track record of achieving realistic targets (Essential)
- Natural ability to manage a busy and varied work load (Essential)
- Driven by handling enquiries and dealing with queries to conclusion (Essential)
- Great interpersonal skills (Essential)
- Ability to work within a team and thrive under pressure (Essential)
- Strong knowledge of the Central London area (Highly Desirable)
- Excellent time keeping (Essential)
- Flexible, can-do/will do attitude to work and prepared to go that extra mile to help all members of staff that require assistance (Essential)
- Proficient user of a variety of Microsoft office packages and e mail (Essential)
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality (Essential)
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to further their career. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and ambitious individual who is well experienced in the property market and has a hunger for success.
As an Administrator / Secretary you will mainly be responsible for :
- Assisting in the reference and credit check process for new and prospective clients
- Maintaining databases, ensuring property, client, applicant details are always up to date and accurate
- Assisting in the production of marketing and promotional material
- Coordinate property inspections and client meetings
- Coordinating EPC's and inventory appointments
- Ability to engage with clients and display exceptional customer service skills
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries
- Managing online portals like Booking and Air B and B
- Winning new business as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients
Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday fom 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will enjoy remuneration including a realistic OTE of £25,000 per annum which includes a generous basic salary, commission and a bonus scheme.
