Secretary / administrator
Well established independent Estate Agents seeking Secretary / Administrator.
Skills required:
Excellent computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal English.
Good, professional telephone manners
Highly organized, punctual and confident
Ability to prioritise workload
Be accurate, conscientious and pay attention to details.
Hard working and energetic
High standard of customer services
Be prepared to work 1 x Saturday per month.
Main duties:
Answer phone calls and emails
Welcome clients and help with enquiries
Compose various letters and emails as required.
Issue tenancy agreements, deposit protection certifications.
Reference new tenants
Collect rent, make rent payments to landlords and chase up unpaid rents.
Work out and issue commission invoices, rental statements and forward onto landlords.
Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors regard maintenance issues and arrange necessary solutions.
Daily update of in-house software
Rate of pay:
£15 - £20K according to experience
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday: 09:30 – 18:00
1 X Saturday in the month: 09:30 – 16:00
We may consider part time.
