A vacancy has arisen for a dedicated, hardworking, reliable, self-motivated, driven person to join our team.
The daily tasks will involve:
• Answering and dealing with phone calls / enquiries
• Screening phone calls
• Sorting and distributing post
• Typing quotations, orders, invoices and delivery notes
• Filing all company paperwork
• Approving invoices
• Assist in organising projects
• Weekly sales figures
• Reporting on the company debtors report
• Full training will be provided
The successful applicant will require the following:
• IT skills
• Good telephone manner
• Being able to work under pressure
• Being polite and courteous
• Being well organised
• High attention to detail
• Being able to prioritise workload
