Export Administrator Our clients, who are 2 x Winners of Her Majesty The Queen's Award for Export, currently have an exciting opportunity for an Export Administrator to join their friendly team, based in Ruislip.As an Export Administrator you will be responsible for the following duties:-Key Responsibilities* Issuing proforma invoices* Prepare documents for customers* Maintaining inventories* Liaising with customers and suppliers* Stock maintenance and reconciliation* Register payments in sales ledger* Dealing with returns* Processing invoices and credit notes through Sage* Liaising with freight forwarders to organise the goods collection* Preparing collection notes Key Skills* Good communication and administration skills* experience of MS OFFICE ( excel and word ) is essential* Excellent attention to detail and be able to multi-task* Highly organised* Customer service experience* Previous export experience About our Client Our client was formed in 1965 with a focus on bringing FMCG to markets across the world including Europe, Africa, America and Asia. Their success has been rewarded by having twice been awarded The Queens Award for Export. They are a family run business with 16 employees, but are also part of a larger organisation employing around 600 people. They are employee focused, and as such are rewarded with loyal, long term employees.
