Peabody has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £23,377 per annum.
Peabody and Family Mosaic have merged, creating a new housing association providing 55,000 homes to 111,000 people across London and the South East. Our combined scale and strong focus on London will uniquely position us to revolutionise housing delivery and redefine best practice – and you will be central to making it happen.
The Administrator role:
The Employment and Training team are looking to recruit an experienced person to provide an efficient and customer focused administrative support service to the employment team and across delivery sites, to ensure effective service delivery is achieved and maintained. Support data entry using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and systems, ensuring all requirements are met.
Responsibilities of the Administrator:
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to support our customers.
- Assess customers’ needs to ensure effective service delivery.
- Advise and support our customers in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified.
- Update and maintain systems/records to ensure that information/data is kept up to date and accurate.
- Ensure KPI’s are met
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organisation.
Skills/experience required by the Administrator:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience and ability to deliver excellent customer care and valuing diversity.
- Proven attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Skilled in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and systems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Good time management
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
