About the Role:
A newly created Administrator role to assist in a small but busy upmarket Estate Agency.
Day to day tasks will include - supporting colleagues, taking pride in keeping the office tidy and presentable, meeting and greeting clients, answering the phone and taking messages, transferring utilities, tenancy administration, creating particulars, organising brochures for printing, arranging maintenance works, property inspections and general admin, preparing and organising marketing databases, organising stationary supplies, delivering letters, generally assisting colleagues with anything that may be required.
This will also involve a high level of contact with customers, suppliers and colleagues, normally by phone but also in person.
About you –
Good IT skills are essential
Excellent customer care skills
Organisational skills and time management essential
Able to maintain focus and motivation
Able to communicate effectively, build rapport and develop constructive relationships
Well-presented and articulate
Confident and well spoken
Willing to learn and wanting to contribute
Ideally some experience required, preferably in an Estate Agency, must be well presented, articulate, motivated, confident and well spoken. It is important that the candidate is willing to learn and wants to contribute.
