Administrator Vacancy in London

Place: Colliers Wood, London



Wimbledon Private General Practitioner clinic are looking for a Part Time Administrator to start as soon as possible. Training will be provided.
The following hours :
Monday 4pm - 7pm
Tuesday 4pm - 7pm
Wednesday 4pm - 7pm
Thursday 8am - 1pm
Friday 4pm - 7pm
17 hours per week
Duties Include:
Invoicing
Patient Liasion and queries
Medical Reports request by General Practitioner 's
Taking Phone Calls
Booking appointments
Ad hoc admin
Working in a team
Clinic lists / Processing of payments
Flexible with working hours
Willing to learn and work hard
Full training will be provided. You would need to be flexible and be able to cover any Annual leave and do extra hours if needed.
Some experience working in a General Practitioner Clinic / NHS is an advantage
You will report directly to the Practice Manager
