Our well-established office, which specialise in recruitment and training nation-wide, looking for an energetic, pro-active and a team-player administrator to manage all training queries.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide information regarding courses, book and carry out enrollment for
prospective students.
• Uploading/ updating learner details on the courses database
• Make follow up with all learners on training courses and maintain their files.
• Manage correspondence and fill all relevant paperwork, include government
funded training programs.
• Liaising with awarding and funding bodies where applicable.
• Promote and comply with all Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety
legislative requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of the office and its clients.
Essential Skills and Abilities include:
• Priorities and plan work effectively to meet deadlines, work independently and
use own initiative, develop and sustain effective professional relationships and
networks, Work effectively with employers, funding and awarding bodies,
consultants etc
• Be supportive and sympathetic to learner and staff needs, communicate effectively
orally and in writing, use office software packages confidently and work to a
consistently high standard
• experience in working within Work Based Learning programs, meeting
funding body contract requirements, developing and maintaining effective MIS
systems is desirable. As well as knowledge in Government funding body
contract requirements for Work Based Learning, is essential plus The Common
Inspection Framework and the requirements of the Adult Learning Inspectorate
and knowledge in NVQ and Awarding Body Requirements.
The starting date is as soon as possible , and salary is negotiable depending upon experience.
