Constantia Care is a rapidly growing Live – in Care Agency which is based in the North London Business Park. We are currently looking for a full time Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities will include:
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
• Controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Provide clerical support to the office and management team when required.
• Undertake reception and telephone duties.
• Assist with production of reports and documents to an acceptable standard, as required
• Take and record messages accurately and have an excellent telephone manner.
• Deal with incoming and preparation of outgoing mail
• Be amenable to undertake overtime work ,when required
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
The successful candidate will need to be very organised, well presented, have previous office experience, efficient in Microsoft Office and be able to work well in a team.
Office Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive
Start Date: as soon as possible
