Duties and responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities as the Administrator / Office Assistant include:
Monitoring of the office to ensure facilities are in good working condition.
Regular floor walks to ensure the office is kept tidy and neat at all times.
Management of water coolers throughout the office.
Regular receipt and distribution of provisions across the office.
Regular monitoring of kitchen tidiness and replenishment of supplies.
Receipt, processing and distribution of inbound mail.
Collection, processing and presentation of outbound mail.
Management of all inbound and outbound couriers.
Daily front of house / reception lunchtime cover.
Meeting room setups including furniture and refreshment requirements.
Meeting room clear-down and resetting / tidying.
Office visitor management and chaperoning.
Ideal candidates
The ideal candidate will display knowledge and experience of the following:
Office services and administration
Customer service and management reporting.
Effective communicator face to face, on email and phone.
Ability to prioritise and manage peak service demands.
A mature self-starter able to manage own time.
Intermediate IT skills – Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook / Email), Databases.
A helpful, can-do attitude is essential
The post holder will be professional at all times when dealing with clients and proactively represent the Company on site promoting excellent customer service.
