Operations Administrator Job

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Supporting UK and Global rotor blade service operations / team management / team resourcing
- Office administration / online operations management program control / basic purchasing
Duties:
- Organising and managing complex operational logistics, such as booking teams, accommodation and travel
- Overview of technicians’ on-site activities (Timelines), daily check for information
- Managing technician certificate database
- Resourcing technicians from database
- Managing operations project database and online ops management programs
- Daily Interaction with site technicians and operations director
- Fleet control, arranging vehicle service, MOT’s and scheduled usage
- Taking office calls and call forwarding
- Answering job enquiries, assisting new technicians in understanding technical and operational requirements
- Caretaking of technicians in the field
- Typewriting minutes of meetings and distributing documentation
- Preparation of Risk Assessment and Method Statements (Rams) documentation (non-technical)
- Supporting and developing quality management and proposed ISO 9001 certification in future.
- Supporting annual Achilles HSEQ assessment, preparing documentation
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to task manage under pressure
- Very reliable and good attitude towards flexibility- working on multiple and hourly changing tasks
- People skills for daily interaction with onsite technical workforce in Europe and further afield
- Operation/Project management training and/or work experience
- Computer literate – Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Mail/Drive/Sheets etc.
- Preferred experience using Dropbox, Capsule and knowledge of operations/project management programs
- Fluent written and spoken English
