We are looking for a Full-time Administrator / Credit Controller to start in May.
The position is Monday till Friday, 8am till 5pm with flexibility.
Responsibilities include:
Making sure that deposits and final balance payments are completed.
Sending out pre-completed invoices
Liaising with the accounts team and the installation manager.
Liaising with both company directors
Answering the phone and taking notes of enquiries.
Booking in service work and ordering relevant parts.
Booking appointments for our directors
Taking details of potential clients, orders and quotes.
Keeping our contract sheets up to date
Assisting with the day to day tasks of running an office.
We are looking for someone who is hard working, punctual, not afraid of new tasks and has a can-do attitude.
It is very important that you are willing to help out and work as part of the team but also can manage on your own. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of the challenges.
Computer skills are a must, but technical background is not necessary as training will be given.
Excellent written and verbal English is a must have.
