Ashbourne Healthcare Services is a well established provider of care and nursing personnel in the London and surrounding areas. We are looking to hire into our home care team a full-time Admin Assistant to work in our Fulham Broadway office.
Your tasks will include general administration and the organisation and coordination of the carer teams working in the community with the support of the clinical nurse coordinator, administrative team and management team.
You will need to have strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, and an excellent telephone manner. We pride ourselves in providing excellent community care and support therefore you will need have an eye for detail and a caring nature.
You will require to have experience of MS Office and previous experience in this environment would be an advantage.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday and on call cover is required on a Rota basis.
Training will be provided but previous experience in an office based position within the care industry is an advantage. There is scope for progression in the role depending on performance.

- Daily organisation of carer team Rota's.
- Liaising directly with the carers and nurses.
- Liaising directly with Clients and Service Users to arrange visits and care.
- Working closely with the clinical team to allocate the best team possible for a package of care.
Qualifications and Skills
Highly organised
Work well under pressure
Good listening skills
Strong command of the English language
Good IT skills and experience of MS Office.
